Saint Cyr Partners is seeking an experienced Welding & Fabrication Instructor in Wyoming to mentor the next generation of tradespeople. You will teach both theory and hands-on welding, lead safety practices, and help students master layout, measuring, and cutting using CNC tools.

A strong communicator with ≥7 years of shop experience is ideal, with AWS/API certifications a plus. You will influence curriculum and projects while maintaining a hands-on, practical teaching approach in a regional

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional welding and fabrication experience.
• Experience reading blueprints and following shop safety protocols.
• Willingness to learn CNC and digital shop tools.
• Strong communication and team-focused mindset.
• Industry certifications (AWS/API) are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Teach welding techniques (SMAW, GMAW, FCAW, GTAW) through lectures and hands-on instruction.
• Demonstrate equipment use, including CNC plasma tables.
• Support students with shop safety, layout, measuring, and cutting.
• Use grading software and contribute to curriculum development.
