Leigh and Co. is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator in Spokane, WA, to join our growing team. This contract position allows you to create your own schedule while executing wedding planning services onsite. Responsibilities include managing wedding day logistics, leading rehearsals, and ensuring client satisfaction. Candidates must have 2 years of experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. Pay is $350 per project for 10-12 hours of work, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years experience as a wedding planner or event planner.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must be able to carry and lift 30 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Attend a final details call with clients approximately 6 weeks prior to the wedding.
• Lead and facilitate the ceremony rehearsal on the day prior to the wedding.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
