Job summary

Leigh & Co. Events, a wedding planning company, is seeking a Lead Wedding Coordinator in Washington. Responsibilities

• Attend a final details call with clients to confirm logistics, timeline, and expectations.
• Lead the ceremony rehearsal to ensure all participants are confident in timing and process.
• Serve as the primary advocate for the couple onsite.
• Manage full wedding day execution from vendor arrival to final breakdown.
• Greet and direct all vendors and communicate setup instructions.
