Responsibilities

Attend final details call with clients ~6 weeks before the wedding to confirm logistics and timelines.
Lead the ceremony rehearsal the day before the wedding and manage cues.
Be the primary onsite advocate for the couple and resolve issues smoothly.
Oversee setup, day-of execution, and vendor coordination from start to finish.
Direct vendors, communicate setup instructions, and place personal/event details.
Support the wedding party with timing cues and day-of needs.
Ensure end-of-event items are packed and accounted for. Weekend work required.
