Job summary
Nokia is seeking a Website Experience Lead to bridge strategy and execution for major website initiatives, transformations, and optimization projects. The role also drives website operations, CMS management, QA, and performance improvements, coordinating across content, development, SEO, analytics, and external agencies.
Lead governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment while advancing AI-enabled optimization and digital ways of working in a global, matrixed organization.
Qualifications
- Proven experience leading complex website or transformation projects.
- Hands-on experience with enterprise websites and digital platforms.
- Strong understanding of CMS publishing workflows and website operations.
- Experience with SEO, analytics, UX, content and development teams.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in global, matrixed organizations.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic website initiatives, transformation programmes, and optimization projects.
- Translate roadmaps into executable delivery plans with milestones and workstreams.
- Coordinate activities across content, development, SEO, analytics, and external agencies.
- Manage dependencies, risks, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder expectations.
- Oversee CMS management, content publishing, QA, and launch activities.
- Support AI-enabled optimization initiatives including personalization and content effectiveness.
