Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. In this role, you will actively participate in the flow of work into and out of the facility, ensuring SLAs are met on the assigned shift.

You will manage competing priorities across business units, drive wave accuracy, coach direct reports, and collaborate with HR, Customer Service, Operations, and Quality Control to sustain high service levels and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume warehouse environments.
• 2+ years of managerial experience leading teams.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of SAP warehouse activities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage workflow waves and ensure accurate, timely processing.
• Coordinate with HR, Customer Service, Operations, and QA.
• Lead, coach, and develop hourly associates.
• Drive continuous improvement to reduce cost per unit.
• Monitor SLAs and escalate as needed.
