Job summary

Arvato is a leading global 3PL provider in supply chain management and e-commerce. The Inventory Lead collaborates with the Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse tasks, assign work, track transactions, and supervise pick/pack operations.

You will demonstrate leadership by guiding staff, enforcing safety, and adjusting schedules to meet shipment deadlines while maintaining efficient distribution of goods across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• Leadership to supervise daily operations and mentor warehouse staff.
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with supervisors and associates.
• Experience in inventory control processes and cycle counts.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance in a warehouse setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations in partnership with the supervisor.
• Monitor and assign daily work to associates, track transactions.
• Oversee pick/pack operations and ensure timeliness of shipments.
• Support planning and execution of distribution and material handling.
