Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of experience delivering municipal wastewater projects.
• Experience managing wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, and collection systems.
• Proven ability to manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Lead project planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Oversee design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, and collection systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.
• Ensure projects meet quality, regulatory, schedules, and budgets; support permitting efforts.
