Egis in the U.S. is seeking an experienced Project Manager, Waste/Wastewater in Dallas, TX to lead the planning, design, and delivery of municipal wastewater infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering.
• 15+ years of experience delivering municipal wastewater projects.
• Experience managing wastewater treatment plant, pump station, lift station, and collection system projects.
• Demonstrated success managing project scope, schedules, budgets, and client relationships.
• Strong understanding of wastewater infrastructure planning, design, and construction.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
• Lead project planning, scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Oversee the design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, lift stations, and collection systems.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and process engineers.
• Ensure projects meet quality standards, regulatory requirements, schedules, and budgets.
• Support permitting efforts and coordination with regulatory agencies.
• Provide technical oversight, review engineering deliverables, and guide project teams.
• Mentor engineers and technical staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Support business development activities, including client relationship management, proposals, and project pursuits.
