Job summary

Egis is seeking an experienced Project Manager for Wastewater in Dallas, TX to lead municipal wastewater projects from planning through construction. You will oversee treatment facilities, pump and lift stations, and collection systems, coordinating multidisciplinary teams and ensuring quality, schedule, and budget compliance.

The role requires a Civil/Environmental Engineering background with 15+ years in wastewater projects and a Texas PE license, plus strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering discipline.
• 15+ years of experience delivering municipal wastewater projects.
• Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage wastewater infrastructure projects from planning and design through construction.
• Serve as primary client contact and coordinate with project teams and stakeholders.
• Lead scope development, budgeting, scheduling, and resource management.
• Oversee design and delivery of wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, and collection systems.
• Mentor engineers and support business development activities.
