Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field is required.
• Has achieved or is working towards professional engineering license (PE).
• PMI PMP certification is preferred.
• Typical minimum of 5 years of civil engineering or related experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and project engineering for municipal water/wastewater infrastructure.
• Guide civil team with technical oversight and coordination with partners.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budget; mentor junior staff.
• Perform quality control of design deliveries and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support construction phase services including RFIs, submittals, and change directives.
