Brown and Caldwell seeks a senior engineer to lead and execute water and wastewater projects in Southern California. Based in Irvine, LA, or San Diego, you will manage client relationships, guide project teams, and ensure high-quality delivery across budgets and schedules.

You will collaborate with area leaders, service managers, and marketing to connect BC solutions to client needs, drive growth, and deliver sustainable environmental outcomes for municipalities and private clients.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor or higher degree required with relevant licensure or ability to obtain PE in California
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience managing mid-size to large municipal water/wastewater projects
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional project teams and manage scope, schedule, and budget
• Strong communication skills and client service mindset
