Job summary

Brown and Caldwell is seeking an Infrastructure Design Project Manager to lead planning, scheduling, and delivery of municipal water and wastewater infrastructure projects. You will develop detailed project plans, allocate resources, and manage budgets to keep initiatives on track.

The role emphasizes design leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, QA/QC, and strong client relationships. A PE license and 5+ years of experience are preferred for this senior position.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience, with 2–3 years in design management.
• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) required.
• Strong leadership in multi-disciplinary teams and project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership within the team and drive design process.
• Lead design outputs and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Coordinate design teams to meet project goals and schedules.
• Support PM with scope, schedule, and budget development.
• Manage design resources for efficient utilization.
• Oversee creation, submission, and revision of design deliverables.
• Ensure QA/QC processes align with project requirements.
• Adapt and take on additional duties as needed.
