Job summary

Worley seeks a Principal Water Treatment Engineer to lead process and mechanical design for water and wastewater systems in industrial projects. You will develop water balances, conceptual designs, and treatment technology selections, coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams.

Preferred candidates hold a US PE, a 4–5 year engineering degree, and proven project leadership, mentoring staff, and delivering compliant, sustainable solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years in Water and Wastewater Treatment plant design.
• Minimum 2 years experience in mechanical equipment for water/wastewater plants.
• Familiarity with water/wastewater system equipment and design software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver process and mechanical engineering services on time and within budget.
• Lead design of water and wastewater treatment processes including precipitation, oxidation, coagulation, filtration, membranes and disinfection.
• Write specs for equipment; review vendor proposals; perform cost analyses.
