My client is looking to add a Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer to their growing national water practice.

The role will suit an experienced engineer with a strong background in water or wastewater treatment, working across either municipal or industrial projects. You’ll take a lead role in process design, technical delivery, project planning and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead process design for water and/or wastewater treatment projects
• Manage technical delivery, scope, schedule and budget
• Act as a key technical contact for clients and project teams
• Support proposals, presentations and client development
• Lead and review engineering work while mentoring junior engineers
• Work alongside design-build teams on major water/wastewater projects

What they’re looking for

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil, Environmental, Chemical Engineering or related field
• 6–7+ years of relevant process engineering experience
• Strong water/wastewater treatment or industrial water background
• Experience leading discipline design on larger projects
• Strong technical, communication and project management skills
• PE license preferred
• EPC/design-build experience is a plus
• Willingness to travel
