Job summary

Clear Destination Inc. in Brookshire, TX is seeking an Operator III to oversee the operation and maintenance of equipment at medium to large water and wastewater facilities. You will manage valves, pumps, testing, and process controls to ensure compliant and efficient plant performance.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED and at least 4 years of experience, plus a Wastewater Operator License. CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in water/wastewater operations.
• Wastewater Operator License is required; CDL preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate valves, pumps, motors, belt presses, and disinfection systems.
• Test, monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain wells and treatment processes.
• Document plant performance and chemical usage; maintain equipment.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies to repair pumps and instrumentation.
• Train staff on procedures, equipment, and safety practices.
• Coordinate maintenance activities and communicate with clients about operations.
• Work varied shifts including weekends, holidays, evenings, and on-call.
