Clear Destination Inc. is seeking an Operator I responsible for operation and maintenance of equipment in water or wastewater treatment facilities. The role includes handling valves, pumps, motors, disinfection equipment, and related machinery.

Applicants should be prepared for all shifts, including weekends, holidays, evenings, and 24-hour on-call emergencies. A water or wastewater license and basic lab skills are valued, along with reliability and teamwork.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to obtain water/wastewater certification.
• Basic knowledge of water/wastewater operations and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operates valves, pumps, motors, belt presses and disinfection equipment.
• Conducts routine testing, monitoring and maintenance of wells and unit processes.
• Documents plant performance including daily flow and chemical usage.
• Responds to call-outs and emergencies to repair equipment.
• Ensures facilities are clean, secure and customer service oriented.
