Job summary

Inframark seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and maintenance of water and wastewater plants in Pasadena, TX. You will lead a team, ensure SOP adherence, safety, and regulatory compliance to deliver reliable utility services.

The role requires a BA/BS, 5-7 years of water/wastewater experience and at least 2 years of supervisory experience; Texas Class A Water/Wastewater license or ability to obtain within 6 months; CDL preferred.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 5-7 years water/wastewater experience.
• Two years supervisory experience required.

Responsibilities

• Leads the operations team in people management including hiring, orientation, performance management and development.
• Ensures SOPs, OSHA/DOT regulations are met.
• Communicates with account managers weekly about ongoing operations.
• Conducts site visits and coordinates with maintenance group on repairs.
• Manages maintenance of trucks/equipment and budgeting.
• Creates and manages monthly operations reports and budgets.
• Assesses performance and drives continuous improvements.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
