Job summary

Inframark LLC seeks an Operations Supervisor for our Beeville Plant in Texas. The role oversees daily plant operations, trains Operators, and ensures maintenance and regulatory compliance. A Texas water license is required, CDL preferred.

Responsibilities include planning, data reporting, SOP adherence, and regulatory liaison during inspections. Candidate should have 7–10 years in water/wastewater and supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 7-10 years water/wastewater experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid Driver's License; CDL preferred; state/site specific license may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning, scheduling and controlling at water/wastewater plants.
• Provides technical direction, assistance and training to personnel.
• Manages maintenance of the work order system and monthly reports.
• Ensures SOPs, OSHA/DOT and regulatory requirements are met.
• Communicates with client on routine technical aspects of operations.
• Trains employees on plant operations, repair and installation SOPs.
• Assesses and implements improvements to operating systems and SOPs.
• Prepares data (DMRs, SMRFs, etc.) for project manager review.
• Assists in regulatory inspections and ensures compliance.
