Job summary

Inframark Beeville plant seeks an Operations Supervisor to lead daily water/wastewater operations, train staff, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee planning, maintenance, data reporting and coordinate with clients; Texas B Surface Water License and experience required; CDL preferred. Join a team with competitive benefits including health, dental, and life, 401(k), PTO, holidays, and wellness program.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 7-10 years water/wastewater experience.
• Valid Driver’s License; CDL preferred.
• Texas B Surface Water License required; other site licenses may apply.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational and maintenance planning, scheduling and controlling at water/wastewater plants.
• Provides technical direction, assistance and training to other personnel.
• Manages maintenance of work order system and submits monthly reports.
• Ensures SOPs, DOT, OSHA and other requirements are met.
• Communicates with client and customers regarding routine technical aspects and inquiries.
• Trains staff on plant operations, repair and installation techniques and safe practices.
• Assesses and implements improvements to operating systems and SOPs.
• Prepares daily, monthly and yearly data for review by project manager.
• Assists in meetings with regulatory officials during inspections to evaluate findings.
• Other duties as assigned.
