You will oversee project staffing, scheduling, safety, and execution, while coaching field teams and coordinating with office staff.

Qualifications
- 15+ years in water/wastewater construction or related field leadership.
- Proven ability to lead multiple Superintendents and field crews.
- Strong scheduling, resource planning and budget oversight.
- Excellent communication between office and field teams.
- Willingness to travel regularly between job sites.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and oversight for field operations across all active projects.
- Support and mentor Project Superintendents and field personnel.
- Anticipate staffing, resource, and scheduling needs to avoid project delays.
- Develop manpower plans to keep projects properly staffed.
- Ensure safety, quality, and adherence to L7 standards across sites.
- Promote consistent processes and cross-project collaboration.
