Job summary

Jobot is seeking an experienced General Superintendent to lead field operations on major water and wastewater projects. This role focuses on building strong field teams, driving safety and schedule performance, and partnering with PMs and estimators to improve constructability.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience as a Superintendent managing water infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of excavation/backfill, concrete, and piping/mechanical.
• Proven leadership skills with a hands-on approach running multiple superintendents, projects, and field personnel.
• Experience leading $50M+ W/WW projects.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and team success.

Responsibilities

• Direct all field operations on major water/wastewater treatment and pump station projects.
• Oversee and mentor field leadership, including Superintendents and Foremen.
• Partner with Project Managers and Estimators to improve constructability and efficiency.
• Drive safety, quality, and schedule performance at every phase.
• Communicate with clients, inspectors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
