Job summary

Project Superintendent role based in Charleston, SC, leading water and sewer pipeline construction across the Southeast. You will direct field operations, mentor crews, coordinate with owners, engineers, and inspectors, and ensure safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in water/sewer construction and 5+ years as Foreman or Superintendent, with strong communication and leadership skills, DOT compliance, and a passion for safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in water and sewer construction.
• 5+ years as Foreman or Superintendent on utility crews.
• Experience managing pipeline installations from field execution through completion.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to maintain active DOT medical card.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations on water and sewer pipeline projects across the Southeast.
• Champion safety and ensure trenching, excavation, and shoring compliance.
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and manpower with Project Managers.
• Mentor and develop field personnel and support workforce planning.
• Complete daily time reporting and essential project documentation.
