Job summary

PC Construction seeks a Project Superintendent to lead NE FL water and wastewater construction projects. You will oversee on-site operations, coordinate with subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule adherence for projects ranging from $15M to $100M.

This role requires 8–10 years of relevant experience and a proven ability to mentor teams, develop safety plans, and collaborate with the PM group to hit project goals. PC offers employee-owned culture and nationwide opportunities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8–10 years of water/wastewater construction experience.
• Experience managing projects from $15M to $100M.
• Ability to lead field operations and coordinate with the project management team.
• Strong focus on project safety and quality control.

Responsibilities

• Schedule the sequence of activities and identify resources to maintain a schedule.
• Develop and implement a site logistics plan.
• Coordinate construction activities, shutdowns, testing and inspections.
• Lead coordination of equipment use and maintenance.
• Manage relations with subcontractors, vendors, and the owner as needed.
• Develop project safety plans and safety initiatives.
• Participate in project budget and cost control measures.
• Contribute to project start-up and close-out efforts.
• Manage quality assurance, including inspection and punch lists.
• Mentor and coach direct reports.
