Responsibilities

• Join a premier North Carolina general contractor as a Field Superintendent, spearheading large‑scale water and wastewater treatment plant initiatives.
• Foster proactive partnerships with owners, engineers, and inspectors to ensure seamless project continuity and compliance.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Engineers to manage submittals, RFIs, and cost controls while maintaining meticulous daily documentation.

Experience Needed

• 5‑10+ years supervising water/wastewater treatment or heavy civil projects for a GC.
• Extensive hands‑on knowledge of structural concrete, process mechanical systems, and complex deep excavation/shoring techniques.
• Willingness to travel to jobs across NC (Raleigh, Wilmington, and surrounding areas).
