PC Construction Company is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead efforts in pursuit planning and oversee preconstruction activities. The role demands strong communication and leadership skills, with ten years of relevant experience in engineering design for water/wastewater facilities.

The successful candidate will work closely with estimators and operations teams to ensure project success. This position may be based in various locations including Charlotte, North Carolina, and involves some travel for site visits.

Qualifications

• At least ten years of experience in engineering design development for water/wastewater facilities.
• DBIA certification preferred.
• Strong background in design, operations, estimating, and business development.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the preconstruction process and coordinate with teams.
• Interface with engineers, architects, and third-party consultants.
• Prepare and present content for owners.
• Manage preconstruction schedule and budget.
• Develop and manage bid packages.
