Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in field service, plant production or technical support.
• Expert knowledge of electronics, chemistry, mechanics, computer systems and related technologies.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.
• Ability to train and mentor a team of Operators.
• Project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve highly complex technical issues and service calls.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, diagnostics and maintenance strategy.
• Mentor a team in conducting level 1 preventive maintenance and system optimization.
• Manage and coordinate technical projects, including installations and upgrades.
• Provide technical guidance and training to Operators.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors and subject matter experts.
• Accurately document service activities and maintain detailed records.
• Maintain account management activities and ensure safety compliance.
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
