Job summary

Veolia Water Technologies & Solutions seeks a Lead Field Service Representative to provide on-site operations and maintenance for water treatment systems across industries. You will troubleshoot, calibrate, and optimize equipment, and train other technicians while owning site metrics for covered locations.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and 5+ years in service/maintenance in industrial settings, with a valid driver's license and travel ability within the region.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required with industrial work experience.
Ability to work independently and with project teams remotely.
Demonstrated troubleshooting skills on water treatment equipment.
Strong communication with customers and site management.

Responsibilities

Carry out mechanical, electrical and controls troubleshooting on equipment.
Create and maintain site paperwork with technical summaries.
Maintain inventory of spare parts and chemicals.
Monitor and optimize equipment performance and contract compliance.
Provide informal training to other field staff.
