Paul Davis is seeking an Emergency Service Project Manager to lead disaster restoration projects, focusing on water and fire mitigation. You will supervise crews, manage jobsite expectations, and ensure timely communication with clients and management.

The role emphasizes customer service, on-call availability, and a commitment to safety and quality. Flexible weekend hours may be required, with competitive compensation and company benefits.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee water and fire mitigation jobs per industry standards.
• Supervise crew and set jobsite expectations onsite.
• Document job files and report to division manager.
• Maintain a well-equipped, organized truck and equipment.
• Be reachable by phone and participate in on-call schedule.
• Assist with warehousing and facility tasks as needed.
• Lead and train team members when required.

Role on the Team (Job Responsibilities):

• High level of performance in water and fire mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation, services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
• Supervise and set jobsite expectations to other team members onsite.
• Handle job file documentation and report back to division manager.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• You will assist other team members as you see opportunities arise and be a leader for the team when needed.

• Hourly pay: $27.00 - $30.00/hour based on experience, certifications, leadership ability

Team Qualifications (Requirements):

• Ability to pass a drug test
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Have the ability to work nights/weekends and overtime, if needed
• Ability to lift 75 LBS frequently

Preferred Qualifications:

• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification preferred
• Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification preferred
• Mold remediation certification preferred
• Previous experience in water mitigation, fire mitigation, mold remediation, restoration, or construction preferred
• Experience leading crews and training technicians is a plus
• Certifications are preferred but not required. We provide training and opportunities to earn industry certifications.
