Job summary

ServiceMaster by Cornerstone in Nashville, TN is seeking a Lead Technician to manage water, mold and trauma/bio remediation projects, supervise technicians, and coordinate documentation and safety on-site.

You will perform extraction, demolition, cleaning, and moisture monitoring, while communicating clearly with customers and maintaining brand standards. A high school diploma and restoration experience are preferred, with IICRC certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Restoration experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead water, mold, and trauma/bio remediation projects.
• Supervise and train technicians.
• Perform extraction, demolition, cleaning, and debris removal.
• Monitor, document, and map moisture levels daily.
• Communicate with customers and explain restoration processes.
• Prepare job documentation using Restore 365 and Xactimate.
• Ensure job site safety and PPE compliance.
• Represent our brand professionally on-site.
