Job summary

ServiceMaster by Cornerstone in Nashville, TN seeks a proven Restoration Project Manager to oversee mitigation projects from start to finish, lead crews, coordinate schedules, and communicate with clients, adjusters and team members to keep projects on track.

You will conduct site inspections, create scopes of work, ensure safety and quality, and maintain compliance with IICRC standards.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Restoration Project Management or APM.
• Proven leadership and ability to motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• IICRC certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee mitigation projects from start to finish.
