Job summary

ServiceMaster Restoration by David seeks a restoration technician to respond to disaster scenes in Nashville, TN. You will stabilize sites, perform water and fire mitigation, and handle cleanup and debris removal while coordinating with customers and team members to ensure safety and satisfaction.

Responsibilities include loading equipment, explaining processes, following protocols, and completing documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Ability to read and follow product label usage instructions

Responsibilities

• Be dependable and punctual for all assignments
• Gather and load required equipment and supplies for each job
• Explain mitigation process to customers and answer questions
• Complete restoration work safely with quality control
• Handle water extraction, content pack‑out, and debris removal as needed
• Participate in on‑call rotation and respond to after‑hours emergencies
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained and report issues
• Obtain customer signatures and document job after completion
• Monitor ongoing water jobs and communicate updates to supervisor
• Resolve customer issues and coordinate daily activities with team
• Prepare documentation and photos per company policies
