Job summary

ServiceMaster CDR is seeking an Experienced Water Restoration Technician to lead restoration projects from start to finish in Northeast Ohio. You will apply water damage mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation with a focus on safety and quality.

Strong communication and a client-first attitude are essential. The role emphasizes coordination with customers and insurers, adherence to standards, and ongoing equipment maintenance, with a comprehensive benefits package and sign-on bonus

Qualifications

Current or recent certification related to water restoration (IICRC WRT/ASD/AMRD/FST/CC preferred).
Proven experience in water and fire restoration.
Strong practical restoration skills and safe work practices.
Results-driven, customer-focused attitude with problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee restoration projects from start to finish.
Apply water damage mitigation, structural drying, and mold remediation techniques.
