Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a Lead Restoration Technician to oversee and perform restoration, mitigation, and reconstruction projects resulting from water, fire, mold, storm, and other property damage. The role requires leading field crews, coordinating daily activities, and ensuring safe, high-quality work and exceptional client service.

The candidate should have 3+ years in water damage restoration, 2+ years in supervision, and preferably IICRC certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in water damage restorations.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• IICRC Certification preferred.
• Must be able to wear PPE and work in varying conditions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise restoration crews on residential and commercial projects.
• Assess water damage, identify source and extent of damage.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, mold remediation, demolition, and reconstruction.
