Job summary

Rainbow Restoration in Kentucky is seeking an experienced Lead Water Mitigation Technician to lead restoration efforts for water-damaged properties. You will work closely with plumbers, insurance agents, and homeowners to restore peace of mind and ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of hands-on water mitigation, a professional appearance, and a positive, can-do attitude. You will coordinate with insurers and homeowners, with safety as the top priority on every job.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of hands-on water mitigation experience.
• Knowledge of Xactimate/Xactware software is a major plus.
• Professional appearance and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Mitigate water-damaged environments with advanced equipment and methods.
• Perform water restoration in commercial and residential settings.

Rainbow Restoration has an immediate opening for an experienced Lead Water Mitigation Technician. Our water division requires our technicians to work closely with plumbers, insurance agents, and homeowners to mitigate water damages and restore peace of mind to our customers.

• Operate with safety as the primary concern for yourself, your team, and the customer.
