Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an Advanced Specialist in Water Damage for Denver, CO area. You will apply drying and repair methods to residential, large commercial, industrial sites and their contents, coordinating teams and equipment use.

The role demands technical inspection skills, plan reading, and documented progress while ensuring safety and adherence to BELFOR standards. The position involves periodic travel, night shifts, and weekend work with benefits including 401(k) match and comprehensive health

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of IICRC S500 Water Damage Standard.
• Working knowledge of IICRC S520 Mold Remediation Standard.
• Carry current IICRC ASD designation.
• Mastery of BELFOR Water Damage Book.
• Proficient with meters and IR camera; understand affected materials.
• Understand air movers, LGR dehumidification, electrical power specs.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams and ensure proper PPE on job sites.
• Review daily project requirements and document progress.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches.
• Develop humidity content records and determine drying objectives.
• Calculate humidity load, volume, and request additional support for large losses.
• Assess electrical consumption and temporary power needs.
• Perform daily safety and vehicle maintenance inspections.
• Adhere to BELFOR standards and safety training; meet deadlines.
• Travel as needed; work nights and weekends when required.
