Job summary

BELFOR is seeking an advanced Water Damage Specialist to lead drying operations on residential and large-scale commercial projects. You will assess moisture, develop drying objectives, draw plans, and guide crews to meet deadlines while maintaining safety and quality.

Applicants should hold IICRC ASD, with S500/S520 knowledge, and demonstrate strong customer service, urgency, and reliability. Some travel, odd hours, and night/weekend work may be required.

Qualifications

• Must hold IICRC ASD designation and be familiar with S500 S520 standards.
• Experience with moisture mapping, meters, and drying equipment.
• English literacy and strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Direct teams, document progress, and report challenges to managers.
• Provide field documentation, photos, charts, and sketches for projects.
• Calculate humidity load, cubic meters affected, and drying objectives.
• Ensure PPE compliance and safety of equipment; maintain records.
