Archroma Group in Martin, SC seeks a seasoned Production Leader to drive safe, efficient manufacturing of water-based emulsions polymers used in adhesives. You will oversee daily operations, manage schedules, and develop high-performing teams to meet quality and delivery targets.

Collaborating with Supply Chain, Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, R&D and Commercial teams, you will lead continuous improvement, budget stewardship, and new product launches while ensuring customer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Experience with water-based polymer emulsions, adhesives, coatings, or specialty chemicals.
• Strong knowledge of safety, quality systems, and continuous improvement.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve quality, delivery, and cost targets with safety first.
• Manage production schedules, capacity, and inventory to meet customer demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
• Drive continuous improvement to optimize unit performance and utilization.
• Lead, motivate, coach and develop production teams.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Engineering, R&D, and Commercial teams.
