Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Chemical field required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 10+ years of multi-functional operations experience including leadership.
• 5+ years leadership in a process safety management regulated chemical facility.
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of manufacturing KPIs.
• Experience leading major projects and organizational change, with strong communication.

• Provide visible leadership for EHS and site performance to meet sustainability goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop employees and maintain succession plans.
• Collaborate with Divisional Leadership to set long-term site goals.
• Implement and monitor performance metrics delivering top and bottom-line results.
