Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience operating wastewater facilities.
• Supervisory experience.
• Excellent oral and written communications; self-motivation and team-oriented work practices.
• Experience with planning, scheduling and inventory control.
• Experience developing and working within an approved budget; tracking costs and optimizing labor and materials.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Experience with DMS and CMMS.
• Valid State Driver’s License with no major infractions.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of wastewater facilities on projects.
• Diagnose operating problems and implement corrective procedures.
• Prepare required reports and maintain complete recordkeeping.
• Monitor budget vs actual spend and help optimize costs.
• Train, supervise, and evaluate project staff.
• Ensure compliance with permits and safety practices.
