Qualifications

• Advanced experience in the operation and maintenance of a water/wastewater treatment facility.
• Experience managing projects of similar scope and size; demonstrated ability to lead project teams.
• Wastewater Class 4 Operators License, or ability to obtain within 1 year.
• Demonstrated ability to build and foster strong client relationships.
• Proficient in performing all technical requirements associated with a wastewater treatment facility.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, data management systems.
• Valid driver’s license with no major infractions.

Responsibilities

• Organize and direct the operations, maintenance, and improvement of three wastewater treatment plants, Dewatering/Hauling operations, and appurtenant facilities.
• Analyze operational process control procedures, maintenance procedures, and institute changes to achieve regulatory compliance.
• Prepare reports required by the client, regulatory agencies, and regional manager.
• Implement an industrial pretreatment program and provide recommendations to ensure regulatory compliance.

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

Associates or College degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Business Administration

Wastewater Class 4 Operators License
