Job summary
Jacobs in Mississippi is seeking a Water/Wastewater Operations and Project Lead to operate and maintain a treatment facility, oversee project teams, and build strong client relationships. The role requires a Class 4 Operator license (or eligibility within 1 year) and proficiency with CMMS programs and Microsoft Office.
You will manage budgets, monitor compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations, and report operational performance to clients.
Qualifications
- Advanced experience operating and maintaining a water/wastewater facility.
- Experience leading project teams on similar scope and size.
- Licensed Water/Wastewater Class 4 Operator, or eligible to obtain within 1 year.
- Demonstrated ability to build and foster strong client relationships.
- Proficient in performing all technical requirements of a wastewater facility.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and data management systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach project teams through the project lifecycle.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and communications.
- Ensure compliance with Local, State, and Federal regulations.
- Monitor and report on operational performance and budgets.
