Jacobs seeks a Licensed Surface Water & Wastewater Treatment Project Manager to join our collaborative team in Pampa, TX. As the Project Manager, you’ll oversee operations, compliance reporting, maintenance of a 6 MGD surface water plant and a 3 MGD wastewater plant, and lead a team of certified operators while managing the project’s finances and safety performance.

Qualifications

• Texas Surface Water Treatment Class B Certification (Equivalent certifications from other states may be considered through reciprocity)
• Texas Wastewater Treatment Class B Certification (Equivalent certifications from other states may be considered through reciprocity)
• Five years of progressive experience in water and wastewater treatment
• Able to travel up to 10%
• Valid State Driver’s License with no major infractions

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and maintenance of a 6 MGD surface water plant and a 3 MGD wastewater plant
• Monitor compliance reporting and safety practices; ensure permit compliance
• Lead a team of certified operators; manage project finances and safety performance
• Prepare required reports and maintain complete recordkeeping; diagnose operating problems and implement corrective actions
