Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Wastewater Treatment Design Lead to join our California team, ideally in Irvine, CA, with flexibility to be based in other CA offices. You will lead complex wastewater treatment and reuse projects, collaborate with operations managers, principals, and staff, and drive strategic growth in the California market.

Qualifications

• Experience in wastewater treatment and biosolids project delivery.
• Lead multi-disciplinary teams across design phases.
• Develops client relationships and pursues opportunities.
• Familiarity with California regulatory requirements is a plus.
• Mentor staff and manage budgets where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead design teams for wastewater and reuse projects.
