Job summary

Ardurra is seeking a Project Manager - Water/Wastewater to join our West Practice in Newport Beach, CA or based in any California office. You will plan, direct, and manage capital improvement projects for municipalities and public agencies, focusing on conveyance, storage, pumping, and treatment facilities with project values up to $10 million.

The role balances business development with project delivery, requires CA- licensed PE, ABET degree, 10+ years of water/wastewater experience, strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Environmental, or related Engineering from an ABET accredited university or equivalent.
• Licensed Professional Engineer in California.
• 10+ years of related experience in water and wastewater industry.
• Excellent technical writing skills.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly self-motivated, able to anticipate and initiate subsequent project tasks, working independently or with minimal instruction.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects, clients, staff and execute capital projects.
• Assist with business development activities and writing proposals in a team environment.
• Experienced with wastewater treatment, water pumping stations, and conveyance design.
• Ensure projects are delivered on budget and on schedule with high client satisfaction.
• Mentor and develop engineers and support staff.
