Job summary

Abacus Solutions Group in Mississippi is seeking a Tech Supervisor for a brand-new warehouse opening in the Southaven area. You will oversee systems and platform administration, run operational reports, and manage automation and equipment.

You will lead a team, provide end-user support, train staff on hardware and software, maintain asset inventories, and ensure data accuracy across back-end systems.

Responsibilities

• Systems and platform administration: oversee SALT server and health monitoring, run reports, resolve items in error folders.
• Equipment and automation: maintain logs, operate autobagger, create label formats, track on-site assets.
• End-user support and training: respond to issues via calls/pages/emails, explain tech in plain terms, train staff on hardware and software.
• Asset and data management: maintain inventory of computer equipment, search back-end systems for order information.
