Job summary

DSV Road GmbH in Chandler, AZ seeks a Warehouse Operator Specialist, Team Lead for Shift 4 (6:00 PM–6:00 AM Sun, Mon, Tue and every other Sat). You will coordinate a designated team to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient handling of goods, acting as the first point of contact for team members and supporting the Supervisor or Manager in workflow and safety compliance.

The role demands forklift experience, MHE certification, and strong attention to detail in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Must have forklift experience and be able to operate material handling equipment safely.
• High school diploma or GED required; familiarity with warehouse procedures preferred.
• Attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of warehouse associates in daily operations including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.
• Assign and monitor work to ensure productivity, accuracy, and safety compliance.
• Load orders efficiently and accurately according to doors and trailers; train new and existing staff on procedures.
• Research discrepancies in shipping/receiving processes and communicate findings.
• Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and feedback to team members on SOPs.
• Assist with problem-solving and escalate issues to supervisor as needed.
