Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Leads a positive, team-oriented environment and promotes inter-departmental cooperation and continual improvement.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Implements employee orientation and ongoing safety training for department personnel.
