Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train staff, and ensure safety, production, and attendance standards.

You will establish a positive, team-oriented environment, manage resources for maximum output, accuracy, and customer service, and coach employees for continuous growth while complying with policies and OSHA requirements. Strong oral and written communication, MS Office proficiency, and a Bachelor’s Degree or international equivalent

Qualifications

• Must have ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent - Preferred: Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Package Handlers and train, develop, and hold workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Set and maintain high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provide innovative and effective leadership and cultivate a positive, team-oriented environment.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and OSHA requirements.
• Develop and implement employee development plans and conduct regular evaluations and coaching.
