Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.

• Experience in warehouse or production environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times, and compliance with all requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication and cross-department cooperation.
• Implements employee development plans to support ongoing growth.
• Ensures orientation, training, and evaluations for department personnel.
